He is so cute! But yes, he looks like a cockerel. We have a Silver Laced Wyandotte cockerel and when he was at that age his comb and waddle looked almost exactly the same

My SLW popped with a red face and wattles early, but she's a she. I read that Wynadottes have a tendency to redden early.
I stay dont despair and wait another month or two to know for sure when the feathering comes in.

I mean she/he acts so manly and domineering, the only one that sleeps roosted on our small roost in the brooder. But I guess we shall see
