Looking to buy Hens in Riverside California

Hi BYC!

I want to expand my flock of pet chickens at least by one or two hens... I already went to Chickens Galore in Norco but they surprisingly had no older birds on their property. Anyone in the Inland Empire or close by that's selling hens, or at least chickens old enough to eat laying pellets and be housed with other adult birds? What kind of breeds do you have, for how much? Do you know any other places that sell chickens?

Any help would be appreciated, I'd really love to have another chicken to love and spoil!

There is also another place in norco called chickens galore its on the maps but they only sell chicks

Sorry to post so late to this thread, but am hoping to help others. The reason Chickens Galore has no adult birds on its property is that they are all infected with Marek's. This breeder knowingly sells Marek's infected chicks. We purchased 24 chicks from Chickens Galore in two batches last year and they have all died of confirmed Marek's. Check out the Yelp reviews of this place to see that others have had similar Marek's outbreaks from chicks purchased here.
