Hi, i am looking for some easter egger, ameraucana, or auraucana hens. I am also interested in Black Copper Marans. I live in Moultrie, Georgia. Just wondering if there are some hatcheries, local farms or shows in the area.

Murray McMurray Hatchery, and Cackle Hatchery are good hatcheries if you want to check them out. I've gotten chicks from My.Healthy Hatchery. Check your local feed store. They may have chicks. Hope you find some.

Don`t know how far you are from Live Oak FL. but there is a place called Happy Heart Farms that seems to have a nice selection. Look em up on the internet or call (386)208-0495. I`m getting ready to rebuild my flock soon so I might ride up there this weekend and take a closer look at their stock.

I have a good friend and mentor in Fitzgerald Georgia. She has Easter eggers and marans and a whole lot of other breeds. She sales eggs, chicks and pulleys when available. Her name is shanna Pittman she is on Facebook. I know she ships eggs but not for sure if she ships chicks.
