Looking to get pheasants for meat: What shoud I know?

    I am looking at trying my hand at raising ringnecks for meat (along with some other types of birds) and I want to know I there is to raise these birds. I wouldn't be getting more then 15. So like any clueless person, I have lots of questions [​IMG]
    So here they are.
    -What can I feed them?
    -How much space do they need?
    -How long does it take them to mature for the freezer?
    -Are they OK around other animals? (ducks/chickens/turkeys)
    -What is your experience with them?
    -Did you like them?
    -Would it be an animal you would recommend to others?
