Protein feed young pheasants?

I did a quick search and if you can get some of this feed it would be best.

Glad you found a feed that might work! If it's medicated, I wouldn't continuously feed it, I'd look for an unmedicated feed, I know your probably limited to alot of feeds in Scotland but keep looking!

This one is not medicated, thankfully. I am very pleased.

Thank you so much for taking the time! I am sure I've looked at the site before and they really only cater to proffessional farmers and gamekeepers.
I've found that problem a lot over here, where they mostly breed game birds in the hundreds to release them for the autumn shooting. Most people seem to order feed by the ton rather than in bags of a few kilograms.

They are growing well and seem to be thriving at least. I am hoping to expand the enclosure further as soon as possible as well.

Yes indeed! I couldn't be happier! I hear they usually hatch with a high percentage of males.

Should be 50-50 but I seem to have a higher male ratio hatching, from all of my birds, not just pheasants.

There was a poor lad up north that hatched eight red goldens this year - he ended up loosing one and then with seven males. but I suppose a batchelors pad isn't too bad unless you want to keep breeding.
