looking to get sexed chicks for Belgian D Anver Quail and seabrights

i have four ameracaunas and a mystery rescue chicken me and my mum would really like to get a few bantam silver sea brights and some Belgian D Anver
Quail but we can only get 2 or 3 of both breeds and would like chicks. heres the catch we need them sexed its illegal and we'll have our chickens taken away if we get a rooster so i was wondering if anyone knew of a hatchery that would sell such a small amount of young chicks sexed?
