Can anyone explain ?the black spot on her comb

She has scabs on her comb, wattles, face, and earlobe. Have you had fowl pox in your other chickens lately. What color are the scabs? Peck marks are usually very black, and fowl pox turn from tan to darker brown. Can you get a clearer picture of her face?
