Looks like my hen is yawning?

I'm new to raising chickens,I have 4 beautiful ladies. I went out to see them this evening and my Buff was on her roost, and every couple minutes she would look as if she was yawning.
I know that something must be wrong, she was fine this morning, and all the other ladies are fine.
What should I do? Please help any good sound advice would be appreciated. Janet

X2, my chickens do it as well, I think it's mostly natural.

Look up gape worms

I have seen my hens appear to yawn or pant, but that was when the weather was hot and they were overheated.

I would recommend you go ahead and post in the emergencies to get experienced input. If it is early gape worm problem, then treatment could save her.

Hope she is just yawning, but if not praying she can be saved.
