Looks Like Raw Meat in Poo

Today was second day of Corid with 10 mL per gallon in drinking water

On day-1 we also boosted orally at 1 mL per lb. as well.
Dose for Liquid Corid is 9.5ml (2tsp) per gallon of water for 5-7 days.

Oral drench of Liquid Corid is 0.10ml per pound of weight. This is in addition to them drinking the mixed water.

Thank you. I’ll get some Safeguard and treat. Today was second day of Corid with 10 mL per gallon in drinking water and keeping all birds in the coop and run. On day-1 we also boosted orally at 1 mL per lb. as well. I see variation in how many days (5-7 days, 3-5, and 4 days) to treat with Corid, so we’re unsure about that.
Sorry to ask this but when you say Safeguard given orally does that mean in their drinking water? If so how much would you mix with a gallon of water for hens that are at most 3 pounds? I am really lousy at math so any help would be appreciated.

Welcome To BYC

As mentioned previously in the thread, dose is by weight and given orally, so that means you would dose each individual bird.

A 3 pound hen...3 X 0.25 = 0.75 so she would get a dose at 0.75ml once a day for 5 days.

Here's how to administer meds orally https://www.backyardchickens.com/ar...dications-to-all-poultry-and-waterfowl.73335/

You can find Safeguard (Fenbendazole) at TSC. Dose is 0.25ml per pound of weight given orally once a day for 5 days in a row.
