Looks like the quail tried to hatch..but hasn't moved for hours..

I've already gotten 8 out of 23 eggs since yesterday morning.
There's an egg in the incubator that looks like the baby quail TRIED to hatch..but it hasn't moved for hours. Is it a goner?

The others are doing great so far..

if it was me i break the rules if it stops moving i try to pul the shell away gentley just so i can get its head out then give it a drink but let it do the rest its self but i reackon it gone sorry
