Ah-ha, NOW I see it...before it was a MEGA closeup and I couldn't make anything out. Sp are we looking at that white bullseye looking mark in the yolk?

See the white dot with the ring around it - almost like a bulls-eye? That indicates that it is a fertilized egg.
