Looks like Welsummer, but with some white... FOUND IT!

My other half found an old picture of his grandfather with a chicken. To me it kinda looked like a Welsummer roo, but between the green tail and orange body there is what looks like white fluff, on the back. I swear I've seen this breed before (probably only on feathersite) but I have no clue what its called. Sorry I can't post the pic

Any ideas?

Found it! I figured I should link to the site instead of stealing a picture. Its almost all the way at the bottom of the pictures, on the right. I'm so excited, a woman not too far from here is selling a hen like it that just had babies (bantam though). I would love to have them, I think my other half would like it.
