loom knitting

Thank you everyone for posting the links for the help. I am going to put a flower on the next hat I make me! And I was trying to figure out ear flaps!
People love the hats I made them. I was surprised that the gifts are really being worn! I made one to sleep in because I get so cold, and it helped. I also made leg warmers. They really help keep me warmer.
I want to make mittens or gloves, but I need to fiddle a bit to get figure it out.
Great Thread!
Thanks!

It's soooo addicting! I think I have a years worth or projects planed out!

I've got the round looms the long looms and bought the S loom. But that darn S loom is just to hard to use. If anyone has one and knows the trick to it let me in on the secret!!!

I have considered the S loom over and over again, but every time I look at it I am convinced that I am just too clumsy for it. I know some people who swear by it and still others who say it takes a whole lot of getting used to.

I tried to crochet for years. I never could make it work. I was so happy when the Knifty Knitters came out. I made a fantastic shawl for my daughter that she just loves and it looks more crocheted than knitted. I slipped every third stitch on every third row and used a dainty pink yarn. I'm sometimes amazed by what we can accomplish on the looms.
