loosing feathers not in molting

help with chickings with loosings feathers and have long nails what to do i have sprayed them down with mite spray

Age? Have you checked for mites?
What spray?
Can you get pictures? How are they kept? Can they scratch to wear down their nails?
How do you know they're not molting?
