loosing feathers please help new to chickens

I had lice this week and I dusted all of my chickens. THe lice are now dead but I have one chicken that has really lost a lot of feathers all over her body esp. her tail and backside. I looked and did not see any moving bugs on her. My question is could she be molting or just itchy. Her down feathers are all clumped together and she has new feathers coming in. She has lost feathers under her wings too. She is about 6 months old. When do chickens molt???

Mine did molt at around 6 months, but the lice may have complicated your situation on that.
