loosing feathers

one of our hens is loosing her feathers. She has to deal with a large Rooster and a young rooster. She has painful looking bare wings. I was reading up on another topic and saw mention of Blue Kote and also wearing aprons. Can some one explain to me about the apron and and if the blue kote would work? Also where to get the stuff?

Could she be molting?

She's been like that for about 4 months yet still laying eggs. When they molt do they still lay eggs?
