I have 3 pullets, aged somewhere between 7 and 9 weeks now. One of them has now lost almost all of her tail feathers. I'm not sure if I should be concerned or not. I don't see anything going on that makes me think she's being picked on by the other two. They are still inside in their brooder, and I'm thinking that that is a little too small a space for them these days. She also seems to be the most active of the three. They are all supposed to be easter eggers; don't know if that makes a difference. But while the other two are muffed, she is not.
