One of my chicks that just hatched out yesterday is having trouble balancing. Not just a little trouble like the others but a lot of trouble...sems to have no equalibrium. It's the fluffy chick lying on it's side in this photo. Does anyone have experience with this? The others are not nice and fluffy like this one but they seem to be healthy otherwise.

I had one to do this and I took a band-aid and cut it in half long ways and I fixed each around each leg (overlaping on each side) and then I used the other one as an extra.

This helped the chicks legs to strengthen and eventually after about a week or so the chick was walking in its own. Hope this little tid bit helps.

Thanks. I appreciate you sharing your experience. The chicky seams to be managing by propping it'self up on things to get around. I put the water against the devider so he can slide along the devider and get to the water without lunging past it. Needless to say this is now my favorite so is getting plenty of extra love and attention. I am hoping that as long as he is eating and drinking he will continue to improve.
