Lopsided male

I have got a male and two female Abacot Rangers who are lively, appear healthy, eat an awesome varied diet and are probably a bit pampered. Now the boy has developed this weird crooked body position so his head and neck are over to the left. It mirrors the position the girls when they do their head bobbing dance but he's stuck there. Anyone seen it before?

It looks like his left foot is turned in? Also that's a saxony drake.

What do you feed them?

Grower pellets, boiled up veg leftovers but nothing oniony, sprouted mung beans (and others) and they get to dig up all the flower beds for the hundred worms I added to new topsoil last summer. They also get meal worms and koi carp food treats.

I've not noticed his foot before, will check tomorrow and sort a video too.

I've never been convinced he was an Abacot as he's such a monster but I know only what I've learned in six months from scouring these pages.

Should add he's got a brother from the same batch of eggs living next door who is smaller but with a jet black head.

Are the grower pellets duck specific? Ducks need a lot of niacin which isn't in most chicken feeds

Yes everything is duck specific, we're blessed with two great sources of everything we could possibly need.

He's not unhealthy in any way though not very bright.

He is very much like these Silver Appleyards and the girls look like them too.
