Welcome to BYC. Glad you decided to join our flock. I've had both RSLs and Barred Rocks and you have some good layers there. Red Sex Links, in particular are egg laying machines. Along with my Black Sex Links, my RSLs have been my best layers, consistently churning out over 300 eggs per hen per year. Please feel free to ask any questions you may have. We are here to help in any way we can. Good luck in getting those eggs.

So far we are doing fine. Barreds just started laying. Rsl's we have had for over a year and all 5 lay 1 a day. Just trying to gt them ready for winter.
