I've got two events scheduled for the LA area that I'm hoping BYCers will come to! On Thursday, August 6, I'll be reading my book, "Tillie Lays an Egg" for a special storytime at an LA Public Library. If anyone has a child-friendly chicken to bring, I would appreciate it!!! Usually, I bring one of my chickens, but I'm not flying her from Boston to LA
Then, on Sunday morning, there will be a West Coast HenCam party and Tillie booksigning at Chevalier's Books in Larchmont. My friend, Christine Heinrichs, author of "How to Raise Poultry" will be there - so if you've ever wanted to meet her, this is your chance.
