Los Angeles SFV: seeking perfect coop

I want to buy a great coop for about ~10 standard size chickens in the Los Angeles. Any ideas? I want something that's easy to clean, well ventilated for hot weather, has large attached run. Any ideas where to get it?

A great hint I got too late is to search on "Playhouse". You can find a lot of cute used ones that people don't want after the kids are too old. Here is an example.
