Lose of feathers

I noticed today that my chicken, Patty, has a bare belly. She has no feathers on her belly as of now. What is going on? She was okay the other day when I picked her up. Also my chicken, Bonnie, had a bloody foot today. She is a chicken with feathers on her feet. Looks like a feather was pulled out or something. She really doesn't like to be held so it was hard for me to fully check her out. What do I do???
