Losing Chickens

HELP!

First time chicken mama, here.

We got six chicks in March, and they all seemed to be doing really well. We suddenly lost two this week, and a third one is looking really rough. Any ideas about what could be going on?

How are they eating and drinking? Are they being handed too much and stressed? Perhaps take one to a farm vet.
