1) What type of bird , age and weight (does the chicken seem or feel lighter or thinner than the others.)
She is an Easter Egger 12 months old.
2) What is the behavior, exactly.
She's lost some neck feathers

Two days no egg than earlier today I got the blueish green one, which is normal size, normal shell. Several hours later I get this really soft gel type egg.. inside was normal, but rubbery gel like shell.

I picked her up earlier, inspected her belly (before the first egg appeared) and her body for any abnormalities.
3) How long has the bird been exhibiting symptoms?
Just two days. I'm just so worried cause I had Monster die just a month ago.
4) Are other birds exhibiting the same symptoms?
No
5) Is there any bleeding, injury, broken bones or other sign of trauma.
No other signs then what I mentioned above
6) What happened, if anything that you know of, that may have caused the situation.
Nothing
7) What has the bird been eating and drinking, if at all.
Eating normal. I quit feeding scratch just a few days ago cause their shells are a little softer than they should be, but not real soft, so all they're getting is a pellet food and worms and two coops of yogurt in the morning.
8) How does the poop look? Normal? Bloody? Runny? etc.
A little runnier than normal.
9) What has been the treatment you have administered so far?
Just the inspection
10 ) What is your intent as far as treatment? For example, do you want to treat completely yourself, or do you need help in stabilizing the bird til you can get to a vet?
There is no chicken vet in this area, I tried to find one when all that happened with Monster
11) If you have a picture of the wound or condition, please post it. It may help.
see abiove
12) Describe the housing/bedding in use
Wood shavings since they were born and hey to keep mud at bay. I keep their coop fairly clean.
