Losing Feathers at 10 months

Only 1 of my 3 hens is losing a lot of her downy feathers every night in the coop, and during the day. I haven't seen the other hens pecking her or seen any bloody spots. When she shakes/fluffs her feathers, 5-6 small feathers flutter to the ground. I live in Southern California, so it is getting into the 40s at night and 50-60 during the day. It isn't time for molting and they live in an Omlet coop with a big run, what else could it be? Is it likely something she is missing in her diet?? She is lowest in the pecking order.

It sounds as if she is going through a partial molt.
