Hi, I need some advice please. our hens are loosing more feathers and showing baldness. I have read on some of the post that it could be from the rooster, pecking order or nutrition. The girls do get a little fiesty at times and we now have new chicks which I don't think the hen are happy about lol. Our pen is a pretty large pen with a cement pad covered in hay. They have roosting bens and smooth boards to sit on and a very large fenced in play area. Yes they are a bit spoiled lol But, I really just need to get some advice on what to do for them. We also noticed one red that has a lot of poop on her tail end. 
The picture is just a few of our hens that have this problem. We have 13 hens (3yrs old) and 1 rooster (1yr old), and now 10 new babies.
