Losing weight but acting normal

Most of my flock are losing weight but have access to lots of feed and table scraps. I've been checking poop for worms but can't seem to find anything. Is this serious. Any help will be thanked

How old are they?
What type of feed are you giving?
Do you have a base line weight for them - how much weight have they lost?
Any signs of lethargy, coughing, sneezing, runny nose/eyes?
Were they vaccinated for Marek's?

Generally you want to limit "treats" (table scraps, mealworms, corn, etc.) to no more than 10% of their daily diet.
Check them over for any signs of lice/mites and depending on how old they are you may want to consider worming them.
