Loss of feathers

My female turkey has been loosing a lot of feathers this last week. I’m wondering if it’s just her losing winter feathers and getting summer feathers? There’s no mites or sign on any illness we also clean the coop once a week with daily pick ups. Any ideas what could cause this?

This looks like molting, I don’t see any signs of illness. If she acts healthy and doesn’t show any other symptoms, I’d say she’s fine. As far as I know, this looks exactly like a chicken if it were molting.

That’s what I was thinking but she didn’t lose this many feathers last year but wanted to get different opinions

Yes did I good check everywhere on her and didn’t find anything

Probable molt, may want to feed extra protein to help it along
