Loss one of my hens

One my cochin hens died on me. She was acting slugish for a couple of days. I penned her up by her self. She was eating and drinking and her poop looked fine. No runny eyes or nose. All I can think of is might have injured herself comming off the roost, or gotten in something poison. Any ideas?

How old was she? The good thing is it sounds natural, and not something that can spread.

She was almost 2 years old. I couldn't see any injuries any where.
