It could be that there is more than one kind of predator stalking those chickens.

To the OP where there is one raccoon there are many keep the trap baited and set.

I would of said those tracks in that pic belong to a Martin or Fisher. They love chicken, & like to eat up in a tree. Do you live in the north?....Those tracks weren't coon tracks. Coon leave little finger & toe prints. Had to be a martin, fisher or badger, most likely martin or fisher.
