Lost a lot of my chicks! Help

I would think if you are buying from a hatchery they have been vaccinated (check to be sure) in that case medicated feed is counterproductive. I think. I'm no pro by any means just my opinion.

I would Try to get my money for the Chicks being shipped...Respiratory is contagious and makes your Birds carriers even if they survive.
Time to get control of what's happening before ever thinking of getting new ones..

I definitely agree with this advice. Deal with your current situation before adding more.

I have medicated feed. Do I still but the vitamins for my new batch?

What is the "medication" in your feed? In the US the vast majority of medicated feed contains amprolium. It's a thiamine blocker that helps control coccidiosis. It does nothing for respiratory illnesses.

Feeding medicated (with amprolium) is only an issue with chicks vaccinated for coccidiosis. It does not interfere with any other vaccines.
