They sent them trough the regular mail. Is that normal?

No there supposed to be sent to the post office, so then you can go pick them up

The box said priority 2 day. Shipped on Monday and I received them this afternoon.

That’s very sad. Did you contact the hatchery?

I would think the hatchery would have to replace the ducklings that died.
