Lost everything not sure how or why

So yesterday when I went to work all my chicks and ducks where doing fine. Check on them this morning all of them are dead 7 Chickens 4 Turkeys 4 ducks. Water was full, food was full it was like after I changed their bedding they all died. I'm not sure where to go from here. I have one adult chicken left. I'm just not sure where to go from here.

Did you put in a new heat bulb? I just can't think of anything else that would take them all out so fast.

No same heat lamp I've been using for the last 3 weeks. When I changed their water before I went to work they were all running around like mad. I did not check them after work but this morning. all of them were dead and the fly were already on them which means they died not long after I left for work.

Guess next go around they are coming indoors so I can a better eye on them.

I am so sorry, that is heartbreaking!
I’ve read others send a bird to be tested to see what killed them. If that is a possibility for you I would think about it. Since it was all and so quickly.

So they were outdoors? How old were they? Any chance something got to them and scared them to death? Or you said you changed their bedding - you didn't put in cedar wood shavings did you? Because those can be toxic.

Were there any marks on the dead bodies that would give insight? Any wounds? Blue faces? Were they positioned strangely, such as on their backs, or just fallen over dead? Were they all in the same area?

No cedar, just Pine shaving. The brooder did not have any doors to the outside beside the big one for me. No windows either just Vent holes up top. All chicks in the same area no blueing of the face nothing. They were all in the corning where when I normally open the door they run to. So maybe something was trying to get in.
