Lost toenail ? Injury question.

I think I did better this time. I also put some white tape around the top of her foot because she was picking up apart the other, but she has been active and is even dusting now! I just hope that the thing stays because I think keeping it covered will be key to her not re-entering it. I’m just not sure how long it will have to stay covered. I thought she was in the clear after two weeks!
