I went to check on my ducky eggs I have under one of my chicken hens after seeing the ducklings starting to poke through the eggs yesterday. I found one baby hatched with lots of blood on it and I looked in the egg and found lots of veins still left.....will the duckling be ok?

It sounds like it came out too soon or mama helped it out too soon. If they lose a lot of blood, it is not good. You can only hope. Keeping my fingers crossed that everything will be ok.

I also had another question....about two days ago I could hear the ducklings peeping and pecking on the shell trying to get out and today I don't hear a thing. The eggs have turned colors and have little circles in them...it's very weird. Is this normal or did the ducklings not have the strength to get out of the egg?

I don't know for sure, but it doesn't sound too good. Maybe someone with more experience will weigh in.
