We often raise bottle calves in pairs, and they do usually suck on each others ears. We had this one set of calves that was really disgusting, LOL. It was a steer and a heifer. The steer liked to suck on the heifer's udder, while at the same time the heifer was sucking on his... um... you know. I felt so sorry for "Willard" right after we banded him because "Lizzy" would still suck on him. This same pair also did what we nicknamed a "Frenchie." Willard would suck on Lizzy's lower jaw while Lizzy was sucking on Willard's upper jaw at the same time. It wouldn't last that long because Willard couldn't breathe.
