Lots of sores on comb and wattles (photo)

History...one of my 3 birds (not pictured) was pasted up and leghargic and getting pecked at. I separated her from the flock for 3-4 days and she's now recovered and reintroduced to the flock. Now all birds have these kinds of sores. At first, I thought they were wounds from the pecking, but now I doubt it, both because of the location of the sores and because they seem to have stopped pecking at each other. Any ideas what we're looking at here?

That looks like the dry form of Fowl Pox. I'm not very familiar with it. I don't think you can do much about it except dab the scabs with iodine, till the scabs fall off. I do not believe it is very dangerous to your chickens; and they will get over it, but am not completely sure.
