Well DH was off this week.We finaly got the big coop fixed up and I cleaned.We got the 18 layer's up there and decided to use the 3rd run for the Millie Fleur's.They were fine today and enjoying the new huge space.I got 2 other pen's done in another coop moved bantam box(cornish and sebright's to one pen and the standard frizzle's and the 2 peanut silk's and the first lil columbian bantam to another.That free'd up 2 brooder's in basement and seperated the last run of banam's into seperate boxes.Everyone seem's happy and stretching leg's.I think maybe use that middle run up there later for those cornish since it has a higher flight on roost but We haven't cut a hole yet for the oustside run anyway.Still got more to get out and work on the pen's yet, but it's coming together
.The bigger ducklings having isues with the 2 darn mallard drakes and its hard trying to get them to come out of horse stall pen trying to get them used to going to water and coming back.I think the 2 cayuga's I got are hen's because they really on them but they only about 4 month's old.Hubby say's he gonna pen them if they dont stop we still ot 19 young mallard too besides the cayuga and 6 pekin which are huge to get out to water yet.It's going though.Im happy my bird's are comfy now most of them anyway.
