My quails reacted to the light so every night on a schedule I would cover their pen with a blanket to try to keep them from cooing at 6:33 am sharp.

mine are in an outdoor aviary... too much to cover.. or I would.... but since I got rid of lol the boys but one... all is well

I would like to add that I really feel once they “learn” the crow... they just like to do... so it’s like alot at the beginning, but totally (in my opinion) dies down after a few weeks....
