Loud Duck Question, Possible Emergency?

I have a female duck that randomly let's out a series of 4 or 5 extremely loud quacks, it almost sounds like she is stressed about something! I have not found any of her eggs in several weeks, I'm not sure if something is eating them or if she's not laying? How would I know if she is egg bound? I moved to a new home and built a new coup but she has layed in the new coup so I don't believe it has anything to do with it.

Is she walking funny or flopping down suddenly? Those are egg bound signs.

Maybe she's just got something to say. I've got a few runner girls that will let out very loud quacks in secession just like you've described and they are really loud and for no apparent reason. I wouldn't worry about it unless there are other signs of behavior that isn't normal.

How does her abdomen area feel? Could you post a video of her quacking?
Does she have any other ducks to play with? Lonely ducks will quack often. Also, any change in her environment such as a new home would definitely lead to decreased egg production.

What breed is she? I had a black swedish that would just randomly quack at the top of her lungs for no reason at all. I would give her a check up and a look over just to be safe but if there aren't any signs she could just be a loudmouth.

I have not noticed her falling over or anything. She seems to walk just fine, chasing bugs, playing in the water all appear normal. She does have another duck boyfriend that6 with her along with 8 chickens(hens). I haven't exactly felt her belly but I have held her and didn't feel anything alarming. I believe she is a cayuga though I'm not exactly sure.

I can't seem to get the correct picture of her to pull up. She is one of the black ducks in this picture and I have the white and tan duck still. Unfortunately the others were lost to a bobcat

I moved a chicken to different coop and she stopped laying for weeks and weeks, probably out of annoyance. She started laying again eventually. My older Cayuga didn’t lay for 6 months after brooding duckings. Maybe she has shut it down for now?

Possibly she is taking a break. How long was she laying for before she stopped? Have you looked inside, under the bedding?

She had been laying for probably 9 months or more. I have looked everywhere possible but no egg

I think she is resting..My Ducks also will lay and then take a break from laying. Is she molting at all?

She doesn't appear to be molting.
