I HATE this new format SO MUCH! I can't see but 1/2 of your posts & I have been unable to figure out how to get rid of the cr-p on the right side of the page--it is blocking exactly 1/2 of my screen.

I did send in my $20 for a gold feather membership because I read somewhere that if you have one, they'll tell you how to get rid of the darn stuff on the right hand side -- is anybody else having this problem?

Hopefully I'll be able to get rid of the right hand stuff after they process my paypal payment & give me access to all of the "secret" stuff --

if not, I'm out of here. Life's too short to be this frustrated.

From what I understand, you can't get rid of it unless your are a premium member... Go figure. I have a 16 X 9 20" screen on this computer, but my work laptop has a regular 15" 4X3 and I tell you what, I can't log in on it. BTW I've started a discussion on this topic on http://www.louisianachickens.com.

Also noticed you can't edit your posts... Oh well.. I did a lot of cleaning up on the Louisianachickens.com site today. Got rid of a lot of the topics on the left side that didn't have any content. I really hope that you all will revisit the site when you get a chance..


BTW one of my little seramas was killed day before yesterday. Her name was Twix she was a good egg layer. I have her last two eggs that I wasn't going to incubate, but now that she's passed, I think that I will throw them in the bator. What do you think?

I apologize for the multiple post -- altho, it does sum up my feelings! I still am seeing only 1/2 of the sentences in the posts.


Chris-- saw you PM but was unable to get an answer through to you - the eggs are rocking along, I will candle them Sunday night. I love the Brinsea- it has maintained perfect temps & I have added a little water to adjust the humidity.


Joe--- I bet you will see more of us on your site now, no kidding! I am SO there!

I was so used to coming here to catch up w/friends here & see what was going on & find out answers to questions, well, that is all totally ruined as far as I can tell,. If this "gold feather" thing does not give me any way to get rid of the right screen thing, it is good-bye for me. I am not going to pay the premium price for a platinum membership - I dont' have that kind of extra $$. I don't mind paying $20 a year, but past that -- no, that's blackmail & I won't tolerate it.
