I'm paying $13.35 over here in Texas. It's Lone Star feeds layer.

So what is everyone paying for laying mash right now?
That's a great price. What is the name brand feed?I found a local feed store today that sells it for $12.35... That's the cheapest I've found it in a while. If anybody is every around the DeRidder area, Oneal's feed sells it for $10.35 a bag!
Yeah, the arrow brand isn't as good of quality, but for people on a real budget it's better than feeding straight corn (which I find a lot of old country people do aroun here). I like the lonestar brand, but will buy dumore if its not available. Dumore is $16.00 at our TSC... Talk about robbery!
Is there anyone that doesn't feed layer feed to their hens? I did an experiment with my flock and stopped feeding lay pellets and switched to 20% Flockraiser and I noticed an increase in egg production. Could this be a fluke?
I wanted to see the total effect that lay pellets had on my hens. I was shocked how the egg production spiked up.

I'm also thinking about switching to Flock Raiser for the extra protein. I know it doesn't contain the calcium levels of the layer, though. Would love some more input on this subject.
