Anyone eat chicken patties (real chicken meat)? There is a meat market in Maurice that sells chicken patties and I'm thinking about getting some. Just curious if others eat chicken patties and if you like them. :/

No but I've eaten chicken sasuage that they make in Breaux Bridge and it was some of the best sasuage I've ever eaten.

Yeah both are good too I like them when I lived over at Simmesport they had a mini meat market in one of the convenience stores and he made them both meat patties and the sausage "it is good stuff Maynard"

Ooooooooo, I"m glad that you mentioned chicken sausage. That is the other thing I wanted to ask ya'll. So chicken sausage taste pretty good huh? I'm glad to know that. I think I want to try that.

I was on a 30 day juice cleanse back in December and I have eliminated red meat from my diet all together. The only meat that I have eaten in the last 4 months is fish, a small amount of shrimp and a lot of vegetarian "meatless" "meat". I am about to venture out into trying different ways to eat chicken and I'm looking at chicken sausage and chicken patties. I think I will try the chicken sausage and patties.

All I did was go to Jeff's post and Jeff's post had your post in it and I clicked on "Qupte" from Jeff's post and it put both of your posts in the quote. I hope I didn't confuse you. :/

Terri, how are the peas doing? Any eggs yet?

Nada, zip, zilch. Crazy birds act like they have no idea! But from what I gather they can run late to start laying their first time-- like April or May --- so I'm not giving up on them yet. The boys aren't giving up for sure, lol, they are fanning all the time now! I haven't heard them do the "jungle screech" yet, either, just their usual "hank" & "yee-hah". Sounds just like the high school band practicing behind where I work!
