"Louisiana "La-yers" Peeps"

Ouch Terri. Even if you get clearance from the doctor, you may want to say away from the stationary bike. It may tip over.

After years of running 6 miles a day, it also affected my knees, so I had to cut back a bit. On the days that my knees are hurting, I just do a brisky 4 mile walk, which is really all anyone needs.

Well it was really JIM'S fault! We were on a health kick & riding our bikes from our place to LSU-A & back every day, about 10 miles & we had made the ride & were practically in front of our house, & my Aunt who lives across the road from us was mowing her front yard & we slowed down to wave at her --- and the front wheel of my bike locked with the back wheel on Jim's bike somehow. He fell into the grass on our front yard, but I hit face down & skidded down the highway.

I raised my head up & spat out pieces of teeth. It was awful! Several hours in the ER, 15 stitches in my chin, they had to pick pieces of gravel out of my knees - nothing to stitch up there - & a couple months of restoration work on my mouth -- I have more $$ tied up in my front teeth than my wedding diamond!

I have never in my entire life had a cavity - but I do understand very well why people dread going to the dentist!

Reading all the duck tales (tails)? makes me so glad I don't have ducks! I have enough critters to be "married" to on the farm without those too!!

Here is my first chick to hatch. It is a buff orp x white leghorn mix . Also have some welsummers in the incubator.
