WE JUST GOT A GOOD REPORT AT THE VET'S!!!!!!
Mal's eye pressure readings were 19-21-22-23-25 -- the first two readings are the most accurate - and also the lowesst!! So the new combination of drops is working!
I am so happy I can't stop crying for joy right now! My boy will get to keep his eye a while longer. I talked to a breeder a couple of nights ago & her dog has been on this combination of drops & holding stable for 4 years now - he has glaucoma in both eyes, so that gave me hope.

Now me & Jim are going outside in the BRIGHT SUNSHINE & work on the pea pen!

So so happy to hear that Mal's eye pressure was down. Good luck on the drops, God does answer prayers!

Don't know exactly. Just that Rey were huge
Here is a picture of one I had for well over a year. He started to get too heavy for his legs and his toes were curling, so he became our Smoked Christmas dinner! Since on Christmas day it was just the 2 of us, a turkey would be too big and frankly, after a couple Christmas dinner with family, the weekend before, we were turkeyed out!

Three surprise poults last night.

All of them in their covered brooder since they are beginning to fly out.

They are soooo cute! The lightest yellow ones look like mine. Do they hatch out all yellow and then start coloring? I only have a pic of a few, because they have been selling before they are even hatched. I have sold every one, so far and 2 orders waiting for some still in the bator and same thing with the eggs, all laid this week sold and waiting on the hens to lay more. God has truly blessed me! I sure can use the extra money for feed, they're becoming eating machines!!

I love my dogs, too!
I have never met a turkey in person, but you make me very curious to meet one. LOL
Well, you are pretty close to us, come on over, anytime, you can meat 26 of them ! They get up close and personal, especially if you have a treat for them. LOL

Wow Celie...that was one heck of a hefty rooster!!!

Thank goodness it stopped raining. Things have finally started to dry out here and some of the mud has started drying up. My poor chickens hid in their coop and most of them refused to come out after a couple days of continual downpours: The ducks and geese had a great time though.

Only 6-8 weeks till garden time and I need to till the heck out of my fields between now and then, so hope the rain doesn't get ridiculous again. I have a bunch of compost to move into the main garden, but won't risk it even with 4-wheel drive since I am pretty sure I'd sink and bury the tractor.
