Will be ready for some extended dry weather....I would imagine we have gotten at least 15" over the last 3 weeks   need to invest in water wings for the chickens if it doesn't stop

Thank you. I haven't seen much courting, so I'm not sure when they girls will start laying. I got my first eggs in April of last year, so I still have time.

Three hens is NOT enough!! I'm been looking into rural tracts and even considering moving just outside of the city. I'm already having problems with chicken math, and I don't even own any yet.
