Doesn't surprise me one bit. I almost can't stand to go out in public anymore. Its our second birthday for the month. Our oldest turned 14 and we had an outing to the Alexandria zoo with a couple of her friends. Whew! 3 teens and on "tween" will wear a person out. Glad my hubby took the day off to help. Saw a Dad that was cool with his toddler dropping his drawers and taking a pee by the caféAnd a Mom with 2 hyperactive kids, feeding them red snow cones and yelling at her man to "BRING a Switch!!!" Who promptly starts breaking switches off the bamboo. Hmmm, maybe they should ditch those snow cones. The animals were better behaved today than the people! Lol!![]()

Friends who have farms? Or just farms? I don't think I've ever just gone visiting farms. Sounds neat

It was part of a 12 month class that I am involved in at one of the Agricultural universities in Baton Rouge. It was a field trip. I left home at 3:00am. Amazing to see all of the acres of crops, equipment, irrigations and seeing how a large farm operates. Our next tour is on the 27th.
I wish I could have a farm. I love to care for animals. I am an outside person. I don't like having neighbors real close. I should have been born a country girl. Then I could have the animals I want. Instead of the city telling what I can have.
