I have for phone companies and a few places that I have worked. I usually shred them, not the suing kind I guess.

And this reminds me kuntrygirl. I was wondering maybe you could give me some pointers or website maybe........we are thinking of maybe trying our hand at making a small amount of watermelon wine with the watermelons we are getting. I really don't have any experience with this type of thing. Well, aside from watching the occasional show "Moonshiners".......which is really no help at all since I don't intend on tromping through the woods

Has anyone ever received one of those letters from an attorney's groups explaining about a "class action suit" filed on your behalf against some telemarketing company or some company calling your home using these automated phone calls "robocalls" ? ADT Security Services is one example.
When I get a few answers, and hopefully yes with a few of you, then I will tell you why I posted this question.

Not specifically for phone calls. But we did get one for QuickStar and JiffyLube. The JiffyLube one was about receiving text messages.

Thanks for asking. Yes, all is well. About the wine...... Weeeeeeelllllllll, I didn't experiment and mixed a couple different wines.

I kinda fell asleep at 9:00 PM and woke up at 8:00 AM one morning. I sure needed that rest. But probably will not mix anymore wines. Well, unless I want a peaceful night's rest.

I'm back now !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Thought your body finally crashed and said sleep... or you got lost in a dirt cheap store...

I belong to this wine making forum. It's similar to BYC but they talk about wine. This is where I get a lot of recipes from and pointers. Making wine is so much fun. You all should try it.

Glad all is ok. Every once in a while, the body says ENOUGH and makes you sleep. With all the fires you have going

(I did mean the FIGURATIVELY) you have to shut down sometimes. I know there are some evenings when the only thing the keeps me going is the thought of a glass of wine once the kids are in bed.

Then I have one, and all motivation to keep working leaves.

As my kids say, "It's a mystery"!

I use caller I D I don't answer for telemarketers. Also not the suing kind. Had to once after a bad car wreck....cured me for life on dealing with courts and attorneys. Which from my experience are all lying crooks bill for being in court when they didn't attend, etc.etc I won my case. It took five years. Yes I'm cured. Never want to deal with an attorney agin.

Never from a telemarketer. Sometimes we get weird ones, but they say that we are included, unless we opt out. I don't think I've ever seen anything come of them. The latest one I got was by email from Amazon about the ebook lawsuit.
