In AZ we apparently have few NPIP certified coops. It is extremely difficult to get them out to you. This is a desert in more ways then one. I guess it is a matter of numbers. To few coops to certify to pay. That is all I can figure. I, personally like to purchase from NPIP coops when reputation is unknown. If you are willing to go the extra mile the assumption is you take better care of your flock.

PrimroseMom1, how is the Couch to 5K going? I had to delete the program and install again on my phone because I had downloaded a gazillion programs on my phone and my phone was about to stop working. Now I can't get my Pandora to play and I am SO MAD!

Do you remember which program you downloaded? If so, can you post the link or send me the information. I'm lost without all of my programs.

I saw several Couch to 5K programs but I don't remember what mine looked like.

There is a Planet Fitness not far from my job that I think I will join. It's only $10.00 a month, so I think I will go there in the morning before work, work out, take a shower, get dressed and head to work. And if time allows, I will try to go after work (perhaps 2 - 3 times a week). This cold weather doesn't allow me outside to ride my bike or do any cardio and my body is feeling it. I need to get my heart pumping again. :/

I like hanson's cherry remoist conditioner and the Itch free banana nut shampoo. They make the bath, blow dry, and brush glide thru his hair. its reasonable too at wwwthepetguys.com I think I'll try to make a version when I'm out. Pam

Thanks Terri and Pam. I will try those out. I buy dog shampoo for sensitive skin but it still seems to set her off. Always treat for fleas, have never seen one on any of my animals, but I know what you mean about being careful about that.

I remember my Pit Bull (when she was alive) had sensitive skin but I can't remember what I used on her. I would take her to the vet when she would break out but for the life of me, I can't remember what the vet did for her.

Depends on how well mine lay – remember this is their first year & I only have the two girls – but should have a high percentage of whites & pieds to sell!
